A/N: Hi guys sorry for not updating for the past few days, I HAD MY 19TH BIRTHDAY YESTERDAY~~~ :D
Last episode: Yi Soo bumps into Do Jin and Eun Hee outside Choi Yoon’s office.

Tae San says that men become nothing more than dogs when they put on their army clothes after getting discharged from military services. The four men attends a reunion for their army and fools around (as usual) when an officer (played by Kim Sung Oh) asks for their attention. The officer is ignored as he is young and is a junior.
Some time later, Tae San and Do Jin tells the others that they are going to meet a very important client. The junior officer enters the cafe and Choi Yoon begins to bully him. Turns out, his mother is Tae San and Do Jin’s client.
Upon realising this, Tae San and Do Jin immediately tells Choi Yoon to stop and comfort the officer instead.

Do Jin is in a cafe, sitting by himself. He looks out the window and thinks about that time he got jealous over Yong Hwa when Yi Soo sighs over how good looking he was. They had noticed a guy singing by himself nearby and tried really hard to surpress their laughter as he was tone deaf. After chatting for a while longer, they decided to go and watch a movie.
Do Jin smiles sadly as he is reminded of the happy times they shared. Eun Hee arrives at the cafe and interrupts his thoughts. He tells her that they need to go to Choi Yoon’s office and ‘the kid’ is there waiting. She replies “you know, ‘the kid’ is called Colin. I know English names are foreign to you. So when I came to you eight years ago I hoped that you would give him a Korean name.”
(wtf i don’t understand)
He looks at her in confusion and she laughs.
“Did you really forget or are you pretending that you forgot about it?”
“What are you talking about? Tell me!”
“I never told you Colin was your son. I told you that you needed to meet someone before… when I visited you that time. You never showed up.”
Do Jin feels guilty as he learns that Colin waited for him for 3 hours and tells her that it must be he must have forgotten all about it because of his mental disorder.
They run into Yi Soo outside Choi Yoon’s office and Eun Hee tells Yi Soo that it’s nice to meet her.
“I had always wondered what kind of person you are, and I apologise that we had to meet in such a way like this.”
Yi Soo coolly responds and walks away. She waits for Do Jin but he doesn’t come after her. He and Eun Hee go straight inside Choi Yoon’s office.
Choi Yoon tells Do Jin that the DNA results confirms that Colin is his son. He continues to their the two parents that Colin had asked if Do Jin was rich. Eun Hee laughs awkwardly and says that maybe she needs to go and have a talk with him. She leaves and Choi Yoon asks Do Jin what he’s going to do.
“People tell you to turn the handle in the same direction you’re falling but you’re tempted to do the opposite. The only thing I can do is turn my handle in the same direction I’m falling.”
He then tells his friend that he bumped into Yi Soo outside and asks him to listen to her if she comes back for more help.
“If she cries, give her a handkerchief to wipe her tears. If she talks bad of me, do the same. If she asks about me, tell her I’m sorry.”
Yi Soo tells Se Ra that she saw Eun Hee, and her friend tells her that she should have pulled all of Eun Hee’s hair out. Yi Soo sighs.
“It’s not going to change anything anyway.”
“You don’t pull out others’ hair to change things; it’s all about making a statement and showing her that this is man yours!”
Yi Soo replies that she was at a loss for words when she bumped into Eun Hee. She is jealous that she knew Do Jin back when he was in his twenties. (HUH wtf)
Se Ra says that while she’s worried about Tae San’s future, Yi Soo is worried about his past.
Meari wonders if Yi Soo is sick and visits her. When she finds out what happened with her and Eun Hee, she promises the older woman that she will help her take revenge on Eun Hee.
The four besides Do Jin discuss about Do Jin’s situation. Tae San suggests that now that they’re Colin’s uncles, they should take him out and go shopping. And Jung Rok says that he is going to be an awesome uncle to Colin.
Colin enters a colourful cafe decorated with plushies and dolls and sees the three waving at him. Colin dips his head in embarrassment and sits down in hesitant. The men hand him presents to welcome him into their lives as Do Jin son. Colin looks back in confusion at their unexpected friendliness and kindness.
Jung Rok asks the kid about his star signs and blood types and comes to the conclusion that he is a sensitive person and one who needs a lot of love. He ‘formally’ introduces himself as one of Do Jin’s friends and a man who is as smooth as a cappuccino. Tae San extends his hand and says that he is Do Jin’s business partner while Choi Yoon says that he is his housemate and his lawyer.
Yi Soo learns that Dong Hyub is absent again and finds him working. She tells him that he needs to apologise to Sung Jae and also ask for one from Sung Jae’s mother as he was slapped. He shrugs and says that money is more important to him right now.
“You need to at least graduate high school in order to get a better job!”
“I’m working because I need to make money to buy books and pay for my transportation fees.”
Yi Soo is silenced.
Eun Hee calls Yi Soo and asks to see her. Yi Soo reluctantly agrees. Eun Hee asks her if she broke up with Do Jin, and if she loves him.
“Why do I have to explain my love life to you?”
“I loved a man named Kim Do Jin years ago. I got pregnant and I was scared, so I ran away. Do Jin didn’t know anything… I know that you’re hesitant because of Colin but I hope you can stop worrying about me. I have become a happy wife of another man after all these years.”
The three men (again without Do Jin) discuss Do Jin’s situation (again) and Jung Rok says that he feels bad for Yi Soo, and suggest that they should help the two lovers to get back together.
He tells Tae San to bring Yi Soo to his cafe and for Choi Yoon to bring Do Jin.
“Why your cafe?”
“Because it is an extremely important place in the history of their relationship. My employee told me the other day that they were making out in front of my cafe…”
Awkwardly, Tae San invites Yi Soo to the cafe. Yi Soo realises his intention and thanks him, because she has missed Do Jin and would like to see him. Do Jin drags himself into the cafe with Choi Yoon and the latter immediately looks up in an over exaggerated act of “What a coincident…!”
Do Jin and Yi Soo are left by the two men. But as soon as Do Jin opens his mouth, Yi Soo jumps up and says that she has an important meeting today and leaves a very disappointed and upset Do Jin.
Later, Yi Soo and Dong Hyub stands outside Sung Jae’s house and the teacher begs Sung Jae’s mother to come out and listen to their pleas about the incidents. Min Suk appears, turns out that she is Sung Jae’s neighbour, and steps in when Sung Jae’s mother dismisses Yi Soo coldly over the intercom. Min Suk (with her scary powers that somehow works on everyone) manages to get Sung Jae’s mother to come out. Yi Soo gives a quick nod to Min Suk and apologises to Sung Jae’s mum and tries to get Dong Hyub to apologise too. But when Dong Hyub remains silent Min Suk knock on his forehead and says “Don’t you have something to say, nephew?”
Dong Hyub bows and Sung Jae’s mum accepts his apology under Min Suk’s scary stare. And she also says that she will drop the lawsuit and apologises to Dong Hyub for hitting him, and turns around and rushes back inside her house.
Yi Soo thanks Min Suk for her help and says that she must know Sung Jae’s mother well… Min Suk replies that the rich only know each other through money and deals, not because they have any personal relationships. She looks at Dong Hyub and tells him that the rich people rule this dirty world, so if he wants to be rich, he needs to study. And she sends him home so she could talk to Yi Soo.
Min Suk asks if Yi Soo is feeling okay as she heard about Do Jin and Colin. Yi Soo replies that she is not alright at all, and asks herself everyday if she can be happy with a man who has a child that she didn’t give birth to…
“Maybe I can sometimes, but I don’t think I can do that all the time.”
Min Suk says that she knows that Yi Soo is stuck at her position right now, but she can also see that Yi Soo is leaning towards the side that leads her to Do Jin. Yi Soo looks up in surprise at how well Min Suk can read her mind.
Later, she hears the song that the tone deaf man was singing on the radio and at the same time, Do Jin is also listening to it. The song reminds the two of the happy times they had with each other.
Meari goes to Choi Yoon’s office and gives him a bracelet. He notices that she’s wearing a same bracelet (but white instead) and declines the present. She says that she’s not asking him to take off his wedding ring or for him to marry her, it’s just a simple gift!
She throws the bracelet away angrily and Choi Yoon tells her to stop using informal speech with him as he is 17 years older. She walks out grumpily and he sighs, and looks at his wedding ring.
Meari goes karaoke and sings until Tae San arrives to pick her up. He yells at her for getting drunk again and she starts to cry. Tae San calls Choi Yoon and shouts at him for making Meari drink everyday and refuse to go to college. Meari rushes up to her brother, panicking but she realises that he was just pretending to be speaking to Choi Yoon. The brother warns his sister to mind her actions and speeches.
Yi Soo calls Do Jin out and yells at him for breaking his promises.
“You said you would love me for at least a month! Why do I like a man like you? How can I want to see you more than 10 times a day?”
She demands that they should separate according to her rules. He needs to come out whenever she calls him and needs to keep the promise that he’ll love her for a month, and she will break up with him whenever he wants to.
He agrees. “I will do whatever Seo Yi Soo wants me to do.”
Yi Soo calls him out to go to restaurants, bookstores and to watch movies. They keep a small distance between each other on the dates.
Do Jin thinks about the times he has hurt Yi Soo in the past, and wants to apologise for his actions.
“I should have told you that I missed you. I, like a fool, believed that there would be another chance to meet you. I’m sorry for hurting you all those times because of my wretched pride.”
Meari drives Se Ra’s car to Jung Rok’s cafe and Se Ra sees when she walks outside. She goes to Min Suk and throws a fit “Why does Tae San have my car?”
Min Suk replies that Tae San has the collateral now because he took care of her money troubles. Se Ra is angry that Min Suk allowed Tae San to pay for her debts but Min Suk says that she had no reason to not do that, especially when Tae San is a dear friend of Jung Rok’s.
Eun Hee tells Do Jin that she’s going back to Japan that night but Colin wants to stay in Seoul. Do Jin says that Colin can stay if he wants to and he’ll give him a Korean name soon. He apologises for not taking a part in raising Colin all these years.
Yi Soo calls Do Jin out the next to go eat with her. She receives a call from her mother again and excuses herself. Do Jin asks her who it was but she does not tell him. Do Jin grabs her arm to stop her from leaving and she replies that she needs to meet her mother, a woman who gave her own child up to care for other children.
“Do you want to meet her and receive some tips on how to be a bad parent?”
His grip tightens and she looks at him challengingly.

SO LIKE you know how before the four men are like shit am I Colin’s father or not… that means Eun Hee slept with all four of them at around the same time right?
wow…. I know Do Jin was like “She didn’t throw herself at us” BUT HUHHHHHHHH
okay well pretty sure Jung Rok never slept with her though he just wanted to live in his own fantasy but seriously o_o
Last episode: Colin tells the four men that one of them is his biological father.

The four men (besides Jung Rok) are huddled up watching the last episode of “Sand Glass” (A drama starring Choi Min Soo and Go Hyun Jung in 1995). They hold back tears and begin singing the theme song as it finishes. Jung Rok arrives and complains that he can’t believe he missed the last episode, and asks the others to tell him what happens. The three refuse and tell him to watch a rerun if he really wants to know.
Jung Rok gets upset and takes out his brick phone and the three friends play with it. Tae San says that it’ll be nicer if it was smaller and slimmer and Jung Rok says it might as well have a touch screen. Choi Yoon then says that televisions might start being hung on walls and scoffs that they might have to pay for water soon too.
Do Jin then say that if they actually proceeded to make those statements come true, they would be the Steve Jobs’ of Korea.

Do Jin tells Yi Soo that they are sending Colin back to Japan, because she seems to be annoyed and worried about Colin’s presence.
Jung Rok wonders if he’s Colin’s father. Tae San argues with him all the way back to Do Jin’s apartment. They then bombard Colin with questions, asking him why he’s only looking for him now.
“One day I realised I wanted to know who gave me my good looks.”
Jung Rok says that it must have been him and Do Jin asks Colin to show them his passport. It says that he was born in 1994 not 1995. A brief but tensed pause passes. And Do Jin speaks up, saying that he thinks he might be his father.
The others stare at him, and Jung Rok finally tells them that he met with Eun Hee a few weeks ago.
They immediately ask him why on earth he didn’t tell them earlier but Do Jin asks to talk to Colin in private. He tells Colin to call his mother right now.
Yi Soo is waiting for him because they agreed to go to dinner earlier but Do Jin does not pick up her calls. He finally decides to call Eun Hee.
The other 3 wonder if Do Jin is really Colin’s father, and Tae San says that they haven’t proved anything yet. Choi Yoon tells Jung Rok to get some drinks and then talks to Tae San more seriously.
“Do Jin must be quite sure that he’s the father, otherwise he wouldn’t have said so.”
“Eun Hee must have had a hard time raising a child by herself.”
Yi Soo is still waiting for Do Jin to return her calls. Her phone rings, but it is Meari, telling her that Min Suk wants to meet with her.
Yi Soo, Meari and Se Ra go to a restaurant to meet Min Suk. She tells them that Colin is one of their boyfriend/husband/crush/brother/ex-bf’s son. She says that one of them would be hurt once it is reveals. Meari and Se Ra argue if he is Tae San’s or Choi Yoon’s son while Yi Soo remains quiet.
Meari complains “I’m only 24! I can’t raise a 17 year old step son!” (LOL MEARI) and she asks Se Ra why she cares so much when they two have broken up.
Do Jin meets Eun Hee and he asks her what happened.
“Why did you make me a fool? Why did you disappear without telling me? You could have at least told me!”
“I was scared. But then I changed my mind.”
“You could have TOLD ME!”
“If I did, would you have wanted to him it?” She then continues “Nothing has changed. I don’t want to ruin anyone’s life. I don’t want anything from you.”
Eun Hee meets her son and yells at him for doing this behind her back.
“I knew Do Jin was my father the moment I saw him.”
“Don’t you know that I’m happily married right now? Why did you ruin this?”
“I was curious. Did you ever regret not having an abortion.”
“Yes. I regret it today.”
Do Jin tells the others that Colin is definitely his son. They ask him what he wants to do now and he replies that he needs to speak to Yi Soo. Jung Rok tells him that Yi Soo/Se Ra/Meari/Min Suk know of the situation, but they don’t know who the father is yet.
Do Jin tells his friends to reassure their ‘other halves’ that he’s the father to calm them down. Meari meets with Choi Yoon and tells him that she will raise Colin as her own. Choi Yoon facepalms.
Jung Rok tells Choi Yoon that he may not find another woman who is so in love with, that Meari may be the one for him. And then he rushes to Min Suk to tell her that Colin is not his son.
“Prove it.”
“There are three reasons. 1. Colin is a handsome boy. 2. He has a small face. 3. He has double eyelids.”
She nods in agreement. (LOL!!!!!!! WTF) And then tells him that he can stay fo dinner. Jung Rok is over the moon.
Se Ra meets with Tae San. She tells him that as a friend, she will stay by his side if he’s in trouble.
“I don’t need your pity. I want our relationship to end altogether. I never understand why people keep in touch with their ex boy/girlfriends.” He exits the cafe and leaves a crying Se Ra sitting by herself.
Yi Soo finally gets a call from Do Jin and he says they need to talk. Yi Soo replies that she’ll go over to his apartment. When they meet, Do Jin apologises for what he will say next.
“I have to take back the promise of wanting to live together and I’m going to cancel my words about living together. I cannot fulfill your request of not leaving you before you leave me. I am a horrible bastard. Please forget me.”
“Is Colin your son?”
“Yes.”
“I don’t have the right to love a woman forever. This is my punishment for being so conceited during my life.”
She goes home (forced to be driven by Do Jin), and wines and cries. Tears also fall down his face back in his apartment.
The next day, Sung Jae (the boy who criticised Yi Soo and was threatened by Dong Hyub)’s mother slaps Dong Hyub for bullying he son. Yi Soo tells her to calm down and talk outside. Dong Hyub leaves before Yi Soo could talk to him.
Yi Soo goes drinking by herself that night in the baseball field and Tae San arrives later. He asks if she’s okay and she replies that she’s not. She complains that Do Jin broke up with her without giving her time to think about it or a proper explanation.
Tae San replies that he would have done the same. “Giving someone time to think is asking the person to stay with you. He probably feels that he doesn’t deserve you to stay.”
Jung Rok tells Tae San that Min Suk has Se Ra’s car as a collateral for a loan. He asks Min Suk and she confirms it.
“She put her pride down to borrow money from me. Maybe you should pretend that you never found out.”
Do Jin tells Colin that only two things are on his mind right now.
“I have a son. And I just lost someone who is really important to me.”
Colin then asks for a piece of his hair so he can do a DNA test. The results come out to confirm that they are definitely father and son.
Sung Jae’s mother is going to sue the school and Yi Soo goes to Choi Yoon for help. She bumps into Do Jin and Eun Hee there. The two parties share a very intense pause.
Yi Soo tries to walk away but Do Jin blocks her. Yi Soo looks up and the two woman stare at each other.

okay sorry guys that was really brief and I didn’t write out the things in details cos I want to get this out and done with and hopefully write an episode of Big later.
Last episode: Colin shows up at Do Jin’s house, announcing that he is Kim Eun Hee’s son and he’s here to see all four of them.

(Three years ago) The four men decided to quit smoking together and throw away their lighters and packets. They get cranky and annoyed and shout at each other for no reason. In order to distract themselves, they looked for other hobbies. Tae San chose to exercise, and at the gym, he began sniffing a man.
“You smoked just then right?” *sniff*
Choi Yoon chose junk food; and ends up ‘smoking’ everything.
Jung Rok chose something that is R18+.
And Do Jin, he discovered his love for plants.
It was difficult, but they successfully quit it.

Yi Soo bumps into Colin at Do Jin’s building. At first she thinks that he lives there, but he rings Do Jin’s doorbell. He announces that he is Kim Eun Hee’s son. Choi Yoon recognises him, “Aren’t you Meari’s friend?”
Tae San looks bewildered “Meari?”
Jung Rok comments “Yeah you do quite look like Eun Hee!”
Do Jin looks shocked, and he invites him in, but gestures Yi Soo to go out with him. Yi Soo asks her boyfriend who Colin is but Do Jin says he’ll tell her next time. Yi Soo noticed his quick change of expression from before and feels that something is wrong, but she does not pester him for answers. Do Jin tells her that the heels look really good on her, and goes back to his apartment.
They learn that Colin is born in 1995 (LOL BULLSHIT GETTING JONGHYUN TO ACT LIKE HE’S BORN IN 1995 LOLLLLLLLLLL that’s younger than me by 2 years omg haha) Do Jin looks alert when he hears it.
They ask him why he’s here, how he met Meari and how he’s been. Colin tells them that his mum has mentioned the four of them many times before, and announces that he would like to live with Tae San because his mother mentions Tae San the most.
Jung Rok is disappointed and Tae San is over the moon. Tae San leaves with Colin. Choi Yoon is worried and Do Jin remains silent.
Yi Soo asks Meari who Kim Eun Hee is. And she replies that there was a Kim Eun Hee whom all four of them liked. She disappeared one day and never contacted them ever again. Yi Soo tells her that Kim Eun Hee’s son is here. Yi Soo asks Se Ra if she’s ever heard of Tae San’s first love. Se Ra replies that she doesn’t know anything.
Yi Soo’s phone rings and after seeing that it’s her mum, she ignores it. She is in a bad mood and goes into her room. Meari sees that she left her phone on the table and looks at the message that Yi Soo receives. It is her mum asking her to answer the phone.
Meari goes home and sees Colin with her brother. Tae San tells his sister that Colin is his friend’s son and will stay with them for a while.
“What? Then he’s your first love’s kid?”
“How did you know?”
Colin greets Meari formally and she is shocked that he’s actually calling her noona right now.
“Oppa, he’s weird! We’ve met a few times before, he was never this polite!”
“Be quiet Meari.”
Tae San asks Meari if she went to see Yi Soo.
“Yeah, Se Ra asks if you’re well.”
“Then what did you say?”
“Not telling.”
Se Ra is venting her anger by practicing golf. A younger contestant comes up to her and starts criticising her. Se Ra gets angry and the two start a bitch fight. Se Ra gets hit really hard on her eye and suddenly, Min Suk comes out and stops the fight.
The woman asks Min Suk who she is, and Min Suk calmly says “You’re find out soon.”
Min Suk goes with Se Ra to get her eye checked. “Why did you help me?”
“Do you expect me to help a stranger?”
“Thanks.”
Jung Rok sneaks home to get some clothes and from the fridge he finds a few packets of medicine and drinks one. At the same time, Min Suk comes home. She gets angry that he’s drinking her medicine but he (lies I don’t know if he is?) saying that it’s to get his body better so they can have kids.
“Do you want to drink one now?”
“Aren’t you leaving yet?” And Min Suk turns around.
Jung Rok sees her reaction and leaves. Min Suk sobs quietly to herself.
Do Jin is thinking about the first time he met Eun Hee (the blind date lol). He talks about the good ol’ days with Tae San, reminiscing the happy times.
Dong Hyub gives Yi Soo a book. Yi Soo looks at it and says that this was the book she gave him to copy out.
“It’s new. It’s a present for you. I kept yours.”
“Did you get your pay yet?”
“Yeah… That’s why I got you a present.”
“Good. Are you going to think about what you want to do in the future yet?”
“Your lover?”
Yi Soo sighs. “Are you still hurt? Anyway, I - I have a lover. Haven’t you heard?”
Dong Hyub’s smile falters, and excuses himself.
Yi Soo checks her phone again and is disappointed that Do Jin still hasn’t spoken to her. She cannot sleep that night, tossing and turning, wondering if she should ask Do Jin first.
And then, finally, Do Jin sends her a text, saying that he’s outside her door right now. They go for a walk, hand in hand.
“Eun Hee is the person who nearly ruined the friendship between the four of us. 20 years ago, I liked a person a lot.”
“I already knew that. Have you forgotten about her yet?”
“Of course not…” Yi Soo looks up, disappointed. “But I don’t think about her everyday,” Do Jin continues. He sees her sad expression.
“My class mates, my teacher, the people who betrayed me and ruined my company, the woman who’s dress got hooked on to my bag… I’ll still remember them after 20 years.”
“That’s right. I’m the present.”
“What do you think about being my future?”
“I can promise about the next minute… Further than that I’m not quite sure.”
She then learns that Colin is staying with Tae San at the moment, and Do Jin comments saying that Eun Hee may have liked him the best before.
“Yeah… Tae San has a certain charm about him…” She trails off seeing his expression.
“Whoops.” And she leans in and gives him a quick peck on the cheek.
They go back to Yi Soo’s house and Yi Soo lays on the bed, sleepy. Do Jin sits next to her, patting her lightly. And then, he changes position and lies next to her, hugging her close to him.
“What if Se Ra hears!”
“If you don’t open your mouth all’s good. Sleep. I’ll leave after you fall asleep.”
(NGAW SO CUTE SO CUUUUUUUUUUTE)
She finally falls asleep and he gets off the bed. He finds a ball of wool next to the red dress. He smiles and takes the ball of wool with him and leaves.
Tae San calls Se Ra and asks to see each other for a while as he’s right outside their house at the moment, but Se Ra refuses and they end up fighting again.
Meari sees Colin actually treating their house like his own. She asks him what his purpose is living with her. He ignores her and Meari receives a call from Choi Yoon.
She gets excited and answers but Choi Yoon only wants to speak to Colin. He tells him that he’ll be over right now to talk to him. Choi Yoon arrives and sees Meari’s bright smile, and tries very hard to ignore it. He tells Colin to go with him to Tae San’s room so they can speak in private.
Choi Yoon asks Colin if he was really born in 1995 and asks what the four of them have to do with him finding his father. The kid replies saying that it’s his privacy and tells him to respect him.
Choi Yoon then leaves and tells Meari that if she has work soon then he can give her a lift - and the girl runs to her room and comes out with her bag and tells him she’s ready to go.
Meari has a new tactic. She believes that if she say hurtful words to him, he will not help but think about her all day about what she calls him.
“You’re not as good looking as Do Jin, nor are you as young. Why are you so confident? Bye, old man~~”
Colin arrives at Jung Rok’s cafe. Meari asks him why he followed her but turns out he’s here to see Jung Rok.
Jung Rok asks him if Eun Hee really talks about Tae San the most. He replies that his mum only has his address though. Jung Rok is overjoyed and asks him for his mum’s number. But he flatly refuses.
Meari overhears the whole conversation and tells Yi Soo that it looks like Eun Hee never kept in touch with the four men.
Se Ra comes out and asks Yi Soo to answer the door as it’s Tae San. But Tae San says that he can see her room light on, and he saw her walking in just then, and tells her to stop pretending that she’s not at home.
Finally, Se Ra walks out with sunglasses.
“Why are you wearing sunglasses at night? Did you get plastic surgery?!”
Se Ra takes off her sunglasses and shows him her black eye. He immediately asks her who did it but she ignores him and tells him that if he wants to get married, then it’s better for them to break up.
Tae San asks her what he can do make him a better man so she will marry him.
“What can I do? Do we really have to end it here? I’ll never go back this time… You know how I am.”
Se Ra leaves and Tae San drives off.
Do Jin is humming and dancing in his bathrobe around the house. Choi Yoon sees his friend and cannot help but stare at him, and asks him why he’s so happy.
Do Jin tells him that he’s going away tonight with Yi Soo to somewhere and they are planning on spending the night together.
He picks her up and Yi Soo gets in, “Hi Betty!”
“What? Since when were you two so friendly?”
“Even if we broke up, I’ll still keep in contact with Betty. Where are we going?”
“You’ll see.”
Do Jin finally tells her where they’re going. “And we’re there going there for a holiday~”
“Are we going to go back within the day?”
“Do I look like that kind of person?”
“BETTY! STOP!”
“BETTY! TURN INTO THE FREEWAY!”
Later, they have dinner together and he asks her what kind of house she would like to live in in the future.
“One where people will always return to.” Her expression changes straight away.
Do Jin tries to lighten the mood by making a joke. And then says that they should go somewhere else now, e.g. their room.
And then she remembers that she didn’t wear nice underwear and says that tonight is not a good night. And insists on going back home. Do Jin tells her that it’s her turn to drive then.
She arrives at her house and sees that Do Jin is asleep. She asks him if he really is asleep, and threatens to get off straight away if he doesn’t wake up. She gets off and sees that he’s still asleep and watches him through the window, but suddenly the windows roll down.
“Stop pretending to sleep.”
“I just woke up!”
He then leans forwards, resting his arms on the door.
“Seo Yi Soo, spend the rest of your life with me. I promise it’ll be worth it. I’ll take care of you really well.”
Yi Soo is surprised with the sudden proposal.

Last episode: Yi Soo tries to explain to Do Jin that she is falling for him but Do Jin is hurt from her previous actions, and tells her that unless she wants to sleep with him, he doesn’t want to talk to her.

The four men are at an internet cafe, versing each other. Min Suk calls her husband and Se Ra calls her boyfriend. They both ignore their calls but Jung Rok’s cafe calls in, and finally he picks up. From his employees he learns that Chun Ji Hyun is at his shop right now. Upon hearing this, they freeze for half a second and resumes playing, but Jung Rok’s phone rings again and this time, apparently Lim Yo Hwan (…a famous starcraft player that my brother refers to as ‘Boxer’ IDEK he said that his friends already linked him to this snippet of the episode last week when he aired) is there. They rush out of the internet cafe straight away.
Meari is at Jung Rok’s bar, waiting for someone.
Choi Yoon notices the tension between Do Jin and Yi Soo, but he receives a call from Jung Rok telling him that Meari is still waiting for him. Choi Yoon tells his friend to call Tae San to tend to Meari instead. He is guilty for treating Meari like that but he treasures his friendship with Tae San and he doesn’t want to ruin it.
Yi Soo is shocked at what Do Jin said. She drinks a few cups of soju and Do Jin refills her cup for her. He tells her to never contact him unless it for ‘what I said before’, and leaves. Yi Soo follows him out and stops him, she tells him “I won’t sleep with you.”
She asks him to accept her apology, and that she should have slapped him when he said that just then. She wonders if it would have been better to sleep with him from the beginning so they don’t have to waste their emotions. Do Jin smiles at her annoyed expression, and she asks him why he’s doing that.
“Even though you’re really upset and angry at me, I still find you beautiful. Which makes me angry at myself more. I just want to let go of you… You never accepted my feelings… I’m sorry for not being gentleman like.” He gets into his car.
Yi Soo begins to cry, and she turns around and walks away. Watching her from his rear mirror, Do Jin calls for a taxi to take her home.
Do Jin buys some beer and sees Choi Yoon drinking away at the park too. Choi Yoon asks him if he had a fight with Yi Soo. “Are you still a child? Fighting with women?!”
“Then you should date a child, that way you won’t fight with her.”
Choi Yoon spits out the mouthful of beer he just drank.
Yi Soo is crying in her room and Se Ra keeps asking her what’s wrong.
“Someone left me… I will forget this soon. I will forget about him.”
Dong Hyub sees a student being unfair to Yi Soo. The student threatens to report her. Dong Hyub goes to the student and reads what he’s typing into his phone ( all swear words complaining about Yi Soo). Dong Hyub asks the student to do him a favour, to copy out all the lines Yi Soo made him copy out. He warns him to stop threatening Yi Soo, otherwise it’ll be more than just a warning.
Min Suk checks on her husband again. He answers her IN AEGYO that he’s with Choi Yoon and Do Jin. His two friends want to puke at his actions.
Tae San and Se Ra are on a date. Se Ra asks her boyfriend to try wearing skinny jeans. He refuses to and Se Ra chuckles at his big reaction.
Se Ra goes home and sees that Yi Soo is throwing away the heels and the laptop Do Jin gave her. Se Ra manages to convince her friend to keep the notebook but fails to talk her out of throwing the heels away. Se Ra turns on the laptop and sees the desktop wall paper. She cannot stop laughing.
Yi Soo takes it away from her and tries to delete it, but sees the the folder that says Do Jin told her to find last time. There are 4 mp3 files, and she listens to them. The first one is the recording of him passing her for the first time outside Jung Rok’s cafe; the second is the incident with her dress; the third is Do Jin telling Choi Yoon that he realised the two women he wanted to meet are the same one - Yi Soo; and the last is of her falling on top of Do Jin that time at his house where Do Jin lies about not wanting her to stay.
She rushes out to get the heels back. Angry at herself for being so selfish and not realising Do Jin’s importance to herself.
The four men are at the bar again, but Jung Rok is gone and has left his phone with the others. His phone begins to ring and realises that Min Suk has called again to check on her husband. They rush over to the suite that Jung Rok lied to her about and Min Suk is the only one there.
The three pushes each other to make up an explanation to Min Suk. But Min Suk tells them that she’ll give them two months to work everything out and to move out of her street by then. Then, Jung Rok arrives and tries to wriggle out of the situation, but Min Suk just leaves.
Jung Rok tries to explain to his friends that he is mistaken this time. He says that he was meeting Eun Hee. The others take his phone and tells him to delete all of them. Jung Rok takes it back and tries to memorise a number. The others find out and distracts him, causing him to forget what he’s trying to memorise, and helps him delete all the contacts.
“Wait - my wife’s number!”
“YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW YOUR WIFE’S NUMBER?” the others say simultaneously.
“Do you!?”
And the three quickly regurgitate it out.
Yi Soo goes to Jung Rok’s bar to find Do Jin, but he’s not there. She goes to his office but his employees tells her that he’s at the construction site. She finally decides to try his house, and calls Choi Yoon to let her in.
Choi Yoon tells her that Do Jin isn’t back yet, but she lies saying that she’s here for him. Choi Yoon tells her that it’s very very obvious that she’s here for Do Jin. She laughs lightly to cover her embarrassment, and tells Choi Yoon that Meari cried really hard a few nights ago because he didn’t meet her.
Do Jin comes home and asks her if she’s here to slap him, or if it’s possible, to sleep with him. Yi Soo doesn’t know how to start and he goes into his room. Yi Soo wonders whether she should knock on his door; and Do Jin is stand right on the other side of the door, clearly upset at himself for treating Yi Soo like that.
Finally she turns around and walks towards the door. Do Jin hears the door being closed, and he walks out, only to see that Yi Soo is still there.
“Looks like you really don’t want to see me ever again.” And she leaves.
Meari is angry that Choi Yoon doesn’t even bother saying “No/I’m not going/Don’t wait for me.” She starts crying and tries to get a taxi to go home. Finally a taxi arrives and asks her if she has the number that ends in -1011. She realises that it must be Choi Yoon’s number and gets the driver to call Choi Yoon back telling him that he didn’t see the customer. Choi Yoon picks up and says “I already saw her getting in your car.”
Meari thanks the driver and gets out, looking around for Choi Yoon. She sees him on the other side of the road and rushes over but there are cars everywhere. Chio Yoon tells her to stop crossing but she says that if she goes back, he’s going to disappear. She nearly gets hit by a car and he rushes over to her, dragging her to safety.
He tells her to never ever call or text or talk or even think about him. He tells her that her guardian is Tae San, not him.
“Then why did you come today?”
“I was worried about you. And I’m here to tell you that I will never ever meet with you ever again.”
Yi Soo’s (annoying older) colleague asks her if she broke up with Do Jin, and that if she would try mind getting set up with her brother in law. Yi Soo zones out and she gets a call from Meari asking to meet her.
Meari is working at the cafe and complaining to Yi Soo about Choi Yoon. She gets a call from her brother and he asked her if her boyfriend wore bright/over the top skinny jeans, would it look good? She answers yes and he hangs up straight away. On the other end of the phone, Choi Yoon asks Tae San if he is really going to wear clothes like that.
“Of course! Don’t I look young and hip and fashionable now?”
“Do you think you’re G-dragon or something? Did Se Ra really ask you to wear clothes like this?”
“If Se Ra told me to wear this and I listen to her straight away, what does that make me? This is a surprise. Sur-prise. Understand?”
“In my next life, I vow to become your lover~~~ Tae San ssi.” And Choi Yoon leans in towards his friend.
“Go away.” And he starts singing “Pretty Woman”. Choi Yoon covers his head in shame…
Se Ra sees her boyfriend, starts laughing and quickly turns around and leaves. Tae San catches up to her and asks her if she didn’t recognise him.
“Of course I did! That’s why I want to leave.” Tae San manages to crack her up again and they leave together happily.
Jung Rok arrives at Do Jin’s house with his luggage. Do Jin and Choi Yoon refuses to let him in. But finally Do Jin gives up and says “Okay okay I’ll leave.” And he goes out for a walk.
Choi Yoon tells his friend to sleep on the sofa and DO NOT under any circumstances climb into his bed in the middle of the night.
Jung Rok sees that Do Jin left his phone on the coffee table and that he has a text from Yi Soo.
“Tae San ssi… If Kim Do Jin knows that I was waiting for him at Jung Rok’s cafe, would he come?”
Jung Rok is confused why Yi Soo sent the text to Do Jin instead. (OMG PLEASE DON’T RUIN ANYTHING). Do Jin goes home and his phone rings. It is Tae San asking him what he means about his text. Jung Rok explains that he helped him forward it to Tae San, because she sent the text to the wrong person, asking for help about her love life. He thought she would be embarrassed if she found out that she sent it to the wrong person.
Do Jin realises what his friend did and checks how long ago the text was sent at. 1 hour and 42 minutes ago. He screams at Jung Rok and leaves the house.
“What!?! I thought I did something good this time!”
Do Jin arrives at the cafe and sees an unfinished sandwich and a drink. He sits down in her seat, staring the food. He looks out the window finally and sees Yi Soo standing outside, staring at him. They maintain eye contact for a little while.
Do Jin grabs a napkin and writes a message for her. (idk what it says something today something seo yi soo ssi something….LOL soz)
She walks up tot he window and leans in, with her lips pressed on to the glass.

Last episode: Tae San tells Do Jin that he knows of Yi Soo’s unrequited love.

The four men are putting their clothes on and drying their hair when Jung Rok takes out his make up kit with many bottles of lotion and moisturiser. Tae San and Choi Joon laugh at him being so feminine but Do Jin starts acting unnaturally. Turns out, he was about to ‘tend’ to his eyebrows. Choi Yoon and Tae San tries to take the brow knife (idk what it’s called… fail girl) and attempts to shave off his eyebrows.
Do Jin asks him if he is moved by Yi Soo.
“Yes. Don’t look so surprised. If you like her why can’t I?”
Yi Soo appears in front of her house and asks what’s happening. Tae San tells her that he’s preparing a surprise for Se Ra for their first anniversary. Do Jin notices her awkward and disappointed expression. Yi Soo goes inside her house.
Tae San tells Do Jin that he will always like Se Ra, no one else. He then comments saying that he must really like Yi Soo. “Since when do you like women who has liked me? That’s really weird of you. I apologise that you always have to be compared to me.”
Do Jin goes inside and tells Yi Soo that he’ll need around a week to fix everything up. Yi Soo sighs and says that she’ll help.
While they work, Do Jin makes all these excuses to make skin contact with her. Yi Soo gets embarrassed and is shy at their contact. Do Jin fixes the lights and Yi Soo cannot help but stare at his facial structures. He catches her looking and acts like he’s cool with it, but he keeps leaning towards her.
Meari goes to Do Jin’s house to find Choi Yoon. No one answers so she lets herself in.
Yi Soo goes out to grab something to eat and Yi Soo spaces out while waiting for her orders, thinking about what she caught Tae San and Do Jin saying outside earlier on. She goes home and sees that Do Jin has fallen asleep on the couch.
Do Jin wakes up and asks “Have you bought the sandwiches?”
“Yes.”
“Do they taste good?”
“Yes.”
“Can you try to like me?”
Yi Soo stares at him, and Do Jin breaks the silence by asking if she has turned on the laptop to see the desktop wallpaper. She says no but he knows she’s lying, and tells her to look for the file titled “Kim Do Jin’s private life” and she will discover a whole new world about him.
Yi Soo cannot help but think about Do Jin asking her if she can like him. She rummages through her wardrobe and the red knitted dress that got tangled up a year ago falls out. She picks it up and smiles, but her phone rings. She sees that it’s her mother and refuses to pick up.
Choi Yoon goes home to see a present, a note and a bunch of flowers left there by Meari. She writes to apologise for ruining his party.
Min Suk finishes showering and goes out into her room to see that Jung Rok has decorated the whole room with flowers and candles. She ignores him and lies on the bed. She asks with a really non-min suk voice for his arm to lean on to and for him to pat her a bit till she falls asleep. He feels guilty for neglecting her this whole time after getting married.
Meari and Colin go out for lunch but they see Choi Yoon and the female lawyer eating together. She freezes instantly and Choi Yoon turns around, ignoring her. They sit at the table behind them and Meari chooses to sit directly behind Choi Yoon. The female lawyer purposely talks as though they’re on a date but Choi Yoon manages to bring the topic back to work.
Colin asks Meari if her and Choi Yoon have a ‘love line’. She replies saying that they’re Romeo and Juliet. Upon hearing this, Choi Yoon leaves. Colin asks what his occupation is, after hearing her replies, he mumbles “Architect, cafe owner and lawyer. Looks like the four of them are quite successful.”
“What?!”
“Nothing…”
Do Jin and Tae San are having a meeting at work, and Do Jin manages to spot something important.
Colin gives a call to his mum and in japanese, says that he’s in Korea right now. He asks her to unlock his credit card and threatens her that if she doesn’t, there will be 4 other people who would help him. At that moment, he sees Do Jin and Tae San, and notices that Do Jin is the last of the 4 men he was looking for.
Tae San keeps checking on Se Ra’s tournament. Do Jin tells him to go find her now but he refuses as they are still fighting.
Later, Do Jin tells Choi Yoon and Jung Rok to go with him to help Se Ra and Tae San to make up. But on their way, they notice Tae San’s car rushing pass them. All of them arrive, and waves a massive banner and screams her name. Se Ra smiles, touched by them, and manages to beat her opponent, she comes 12th.
Se Ra comes towards Tae San, and the other three waves their banner again, shouting for them to kiss. Tae San spreads his arms and Se Ra runs in and hugs him tightly.
They all arrive at Jung Rok’s bar to celebrate and Jung Rok asks where Yi Soo is. Se Ra volunteers to give her a call and Tae San asks her a favour. He asks if she can keep ‘him knowing that she likes him’ a secret. Se Ra smiles sweetly and nods. Se Ra calls Yi Soo and asks if she can not come and pretend that she just couldn’t come, because she doesn’t want to see her eyeing Tae San and Tae San trying to deal with her and etc. But Yi Soo tells her that she can’t just avoid her forever, and says that she’ll come.
She arrives wearing the pair of heels that Do Jin gave her, and he’s over the moon when he sees her wearing the shoes. She congratulates her friend. Jung Rok comments saying that Yi Soo looks extremely pretty today. Yi Soo suddenly says that Tae San is the most popular amongst all girls. Jung Rok tells her to stop lying because it’s not believable at all but Yi Soo continues.
“That’s all in the past. Now, my entire world is filled by one person only, that is Kim Do Jin.”
Do Jin looks at her, upset that she’s lying to Tae San so he doesn’t have to feel bad anymore. He sees right through her. Do Jin asks Yi Soo if they could go out for a little bit, and she accepts.
Jung Rok tells them to not do anything as there are CCTVs everywhere. Choi Yoon says “If they broke up, then we’ll never see Yi Soo again!”
Tae San replies “What? No, we can continue seeing her, we just don’t have to see Do Jin anymore.”
“Yes! But then… There would never be a chance to get rid of Choi Yoon now.”
Se Ra does not pay attention to their jokes and feels guilty about the way she’s treating Yi Soo.
Do Jin is angry and asks her why on earth she would wear those shoes if she’s not accepting his love. He makes her feel guilty and tells her that just because he likes her, she cannot use him. She tries to explain that she’s here to fix up Se Ra and Tae San’s stigma.
“But you never think about me right? I still don’t have a place in your heart.”
Yi Soo is doesn’t know what to say and Do Jin turns around and retrieves her clutch from her seat and comes out. He hands her her bag and tells her that he told the others they were going out on a date, and that it’ll be better if they try not to see each other again.
Yi Soo goes home and thinks about everything he’s said to her, she feels warm when she thinks about how nice he’s been treating her and starts crying as she thinks about what he said outside the bar just then.
“What can I do now? I do like you… I do… I like you.”
Se Ra comes home and hears Yi Soo crying inside the bathroom, with the door locked. She bangs on the door and asks if she’s okay but Yi Soo ignores her and keeps crying.
While Do Jin is presenting their project to the client, his phone (left on the table) vibrates and Tae San sees that it’s Yi Soo, and sees that he’s got heaps of missed calls from her too.
Min Suk is trying to organise stuff at work when the music suddenly stops. She opens her mouth to tell her employees to fix it when a singing voice is broadcasted. It is Jung Rok, singing and playing his guitar, and Min Suk begins to cry.
Yi Soo sends a message to Do Jin, saying that she’s in front of his office and that she wants to talk to him. He arrives and checks his phone. He look up and sees Yi Soo standing there, but he walks right pass her. She waits all day outside for him. Do Jin finally looks out of his window and sees Yi Soo walking away.
He receives another SMS from her, she tells him to not overwork himself. “Hwaiting!”
She goes home and Se Ra confronts her, asking if her and Do Jin are a fake couple.
“You were acting right? But because of this ‘performance’, you learned where your heart actually lies. That’s why you were crying right?” And she asks to go with her to the baseball match tomorrow.
Do Jin asks Choi Yoon if Yi Soo is going to the match and Choi Yoon tells him to go together if he misses her.
The next day, Yi Soo and Se Ra arrive, and upon seeing Do Jin there, she freezes and stares at him. She asks if he’s really busy with work but he replies saying that he had to work really late all because of her. She realises that he is still angry at her.
Se Ra sits down on the seats nearby and makes eye contact with Meari. They are polite with each other, no mocking or teasing. Blue Cats (their team name haha if I didn’t mention before) is losing and Meari tells her to cheer for them. Se Ra takes off her jacket to show a very tight and revealing top, which distracts the opponent’s team (LOL).
Yi Soo smiles brightly at the two crazy and loud women. It is Do Jin’s turn to bat and he manages to strike a really nice hit. The other 3 men are surprised and start to cheer for them too. The other team’s leader complains to Yi Soo but she says that it’s not her job to keep the audience quiet. Blue Cats win.
Tae San says that they’ll pay for a meal, and gives Meari a look. She immediately says that she’s not going to go as she already has plans. Over the meal, Yi Soo tries to be initiate a conversation with Do Jin, but he completely ignores her. She sends him an SMS asking if he can give her a chance to apologise, to which he ignores too.
She tells him that he phone is ringing and he looks at her briefly, and beckons her forward, she leans in, hoping for a chance to explain, but he says “Stop doing this. Unless you want to sleep with me.”

The four men besides Jung Rok remember Jung Rok’s wedding. As they take photos, Jung Rok’s wife gives he husband a death glare and he grimaces, as a result, everyone is smiling in the photo except for the couple.
Yi Soo takes a bath and thinks about the kiss with Do Jin. She cannot stop thinking about it, and complains that he has messed up her life. She wonders if she pushed him away at the right timing - if he got the message that she didn’t like him. She keeps talking to herself, but Do Jin’s pen is still recording as Yi Soo took his jacket home.
Do Jin looks around for his pen but fails in finding it. He goes downstairs and asks Choi Yoon what happened last night. Choi Yoon looks at him in surprise “Did it happen again?”
“Yes… It’s been 1.5 years since it did. What happened?”
Turns out Do Jin has completely forgotten about everything that happened yesterday. He even thought that today was the 18th when it’s actually the 19th.
Tae San asks to speak with Do Jin in private. Tae San apologises to him for what he did yesterday. But Do Jin asks him how he looked last night because -
“Did it start?” And Do Jin nods.
Tae San tells him that his jacket is with Yi Soo and the heels that he bought, he gave to her too.
“What? Why did I give her so many things? Did she do something really cute…?”
His mood is lightened when he learns that Betty (his car) is back and he drives to Yi Soo’s school. Yi Soo’s trouble students whom he fought with last time recognises Do Jin. They walk up to the man and asks him if he’s here for revenge. Do Jin replies saying no and the kids kicks his car when Yi Soo arrives and tells them off.
Yi Soo walks up to him and asks what he’s there for, and he asks her to get in his car. In the car, Yi Soo wonders why he hasn’t started speaking so she speaks up and asks where they’re heading to.
“Home. I left my jacket at your place didn’t I?”
“What? So you’re here to get your jacket back?”
“Why are you so scared? Did you steal my jacket?”
“…What!? … Don’t you have something to say to me?”
Yi Soo takes out his jacket and gives it back to him. He turns around to leave but she stops him.
“Are you just going to pretend nothing happened?”
“Did something happen to us?”
“You bastard. Pfft. I thought that I was starting to have some feelings but - to me, it wasn’t nothing.”
“Did we sleep together last night?”
Yi Soo stares at him in disbelief but her phone rings. It’s Tae San but Do Jin answers for her. After hanging up he tells her that he’s in a hurry and will continue their conversation later.
Do Jin goes back to his office and listens to the recording. When he gets to the part where they kissed, he realises that he made a mistake today.
Yi Soo meets up with Choi Yoon and she finally learns that the pen is a recording device. She also learns that Do Jin has a weird condition that when he is really stressed or upset, he forgets what happens for a short period of time. This started a long time ago, when Do Jin suffered through 3 massive blows in his life, hence he started to record everything, 24/7. All of a sudden, Yi Soo remembers what she said out loud last night, and left.
Do Jin’s doctor advises him to start dating, with love, to make himself more relaxed.
Do Jin continues listening to their conversation and imagine Yi Soo there walking around in her room, mumbling to herself. But he hears her taking off her clothes and he tries to ‘peek’ at the imaginary mosaic-ed Yi Soo.
At the moment, Yi Soo rings his doorbell and asks if he’s heard the whole recording. He asks her back why she’s so scared, did she say anything that no one should ever hear?
“Which part are you up to?”
“Um.. the part where we kissed.”
“OH REALLY? That’s great, all’s good.”
And she asks where his room is to get the pen, he points her to the right direction but he tells her that the pen isn’t there. It is lying on the table and he grabs it and puts his hand out of reach from Yi Soo. She tries to snatch it from him but she falls on top of him and they land on the sofa. He forces her to not move (in the very awkward position) and he smirks at her embarrassed expression.
“Listen carefully. I wasn’t pretending that nothing happened, but I just forgot about it. Hey stop moving! Or I’ll see your kitten underwear.”
“What? You heard it?”
“I like that. I prefer cat woman to wonder woman anyways.”
Yi Soo rests her head on his shoulder in attempt to look away in embarrassment. He realises their position and he holds her hand and tells her to leave.
“Go. Or I don’t know what I would - ” And Yi Soo runs away.
Yi Soo goes home and asks Meari to come over. She returns the red party dress that she received from her. Meari insists that the dress wasn’t expensive and Yi Soo asks her what ‘cheap’ means to her. She replies saying that it was under 100,000 won, because she doesn’t have that much money. She explains that even though her parents are rich, her brother makes his own living and she is just their daughter that they won’t give pocket money anymore. Yi Soo thinks about what happened at the hotel bathroom, with Do Jin’s bare chest pressed against her…
Tae San wonders what he should do now that he learns that Yi Soo’s 20 second man is him. He calls Se Ra but she refuses pick up, saying that if she does, he’ll stop looking for her. Tae San ends up going to the restaurant and asks her to leave with him.
He walks her home but he leaves before they arrive at the gate. She asks him if he’s scared of meeting with Yi Soo and he says that it’s better for him to not see her. They fight and she screams asking him why he doesn’t look sad at all. He replies saying that why he should feel upset when Yi Soo, who is such a nice girl, has a crush on him. He asks her why on earth she is risking her friendship with Yi Soo just to test her out.
He receives a call from Yi Soo and arranges to meet up with her and leaves. Yi Soo tells him that she just wants to talk about the incident last night, as she is worried that Se Ra might be upset. Upon seeing her faked smile, he says “I really like Se Ra.”
Yi Soo’s smile disappears “Yeah I know.”
“You know this, but it seems like Se Ra doesn’t.”
Yi Soo goes home and sees Se Ra drinking. Se Ra hands her the jacket Tae San gave her as a gift but Yi Soo tells her to stop acting like that. She then asks what she talked about with Tae San just then. Yi Soo tells her that Tae San says that he likes her a lot.
“He didn’t say that he likes you?”
“What are you talking about?”
“The gloves under your bed. Are you glad that we fight? Do you hope that one day we’ll break up? Or are you already having an affair?!”
“I’m sorry that I didn’t tell you about my feelings. I’m sorry that you had to find out yourself. But I didn’t expect anything from him.”
“I know. So I told him myself.”
Yi Soo is shocked that her friend told Tae San about her crush and tells her that she bought the gloves for Tae San the day she wanted to confess to him. But when they met, he asked me for your number…
“And I told him… Why do you have to do this? Why are you ruining my relationship with Tae San? Why are you like this?”
“Why can’t I do that?”
“Because we’re friends. I should have confessed to him just then. I shouldn’t have tried to comfort him when he was worried about you.”
“Do you think that Tae San will accept you if I didn’t exist?”
“If he doesn’t accept me, he would at least be moved about it.”
Yi Soo turns around and leaves. She goes to the park and think about what Tae San said. She realises that he was trying as unsuspecting as possible to tell reject her.
Jung Rok and Meari goes to work at the same time and a coworker asks them why they came together. Meari answers saying that he got kicked out of his own house by his wife so he’s living with her. Jung Rok interrupts saying that it’s Tae San, his friend’s house, not her house. And he goes on to tell her to stop acting so arrogant because he is reminded of his wife.
Yi Soo lectures her student again for sleeping in class, and asks him what on earth he was doing at night for him to be so tired. He replies cheekily that he sleeps at night too, that’s why his skin is nice.
“Compared to a man with nice skin, I prefer one who is smart. Do you even have a purpose in life?” And she makes him write lines.
Choi Yoon leaves his office and sees Colin standing outside, waiting for Meari, and he overhears him inviting her to dinner. Meari turns around and sees Choi Yoon standing there, and he walks right past her without any sorts of acknowledgement.
He asks her what her name is and she replies, and also tells him her brother’s name. But then he asks her if he’s married, and she pauses.
“I know that you’re interested in me… but I know that you’re not interested in me in that way… Oh crap, did I let slip to you that I’m really rich that night when I’m drunk? Is that why you want to get close to me?”
He ignores her and asks her for a favour.
Yi Soo doesn’t want to go home and see Se Ra, so she waits outside in her car until she’s asleep before heading in. Do Jin arrives and sees her all alone and he gets in her car.
He asks her why she isn’t answering her phone, and she asks him why he’s here. He hands over a brand new laptop “You can upload more new bikinis photos now!” She hands him the 30000 won that she owes him and says thank you briefly without any emotions.
“What’s wrong?”
“Se Ra found out that I liked Tae San.”
He tells her that her hopes being crushed with Tae San is a good thing to him. But she says that she hopes to never see him ever again, because from now, even though Do Jin is a really good guy, there’s one thing that he cannot satify her, as she wants to date people who are younger…
He goes home and is deep in thoughts about what she said and Choi Yoon is also thinking about something… He tells Do Jin that Meari might be dating someone younger than her… Do Jin is surprised because Meari has always liked old men. (HAHAHA)
Jung Rok and Meari fight over everything. Meari complains that Jung Rok is using to many towels at the same time. She whines to Tae San and Tae San complains about him as well.
“Also, why do you wear my panties?”
Jung Rok replies, in a matter-of-fact tone “Because Meari’s are too small.”
“Ahhhhh I see…”
“AHHH?!?!” Meari stares at him in shock.
Jung Rok arranges a meeting with his wife at a church. He kneels in front of the statue and says how unbelievably sorry he is and praises his wife. He says that the only mistake he has ever made in life is falling in love with her, and leaving her at home alone all the time.
(cringe cringe cringe i’ll just skip the rest of his cheesy lines…)
She tells him to stand up and he takes her hand, thinking that she is forgiving him, but she pushes him away.
Yi Soo tells Meari to say sorry to Choi Yoon that she can’t go and celebrate his birthday. The girl arrives early and prepares the cake, when Jung Rok, Choi Yoon and Tae San arrive. Meari says that Jung Rok insisted her on coming, so she’s here. Choi Yoon completely ignores her existence and asks where Do Jin is.
Do Jin arrives and Jung Rok introduces the guests that he brought along as the model friends they met at the funeral (in episode 1). One of the woman asks why the four men are still single. The 3 friends look at Jung Rok in disbelief…
Meari suggest that they should start singing the birthday song and lights the candles. Jung Rok asks her why she’s so skilled at using a cigarette lighter and says that she must smoke. She replies saying that her bigger ambition is to be a cafe arsonist - she has been practicing.
She tells them to start singing so Choi Yoon can make a wish but the two model women giggles.
“Didn’t know 40 year olds still made wishes after blowing out candles!”
Meari looks up, upset. And Tae San tells her to just go home now that it’s 10pm, it’s late… She cries saying that he should stop treating her like that.
“Making wishes aren’t silly! Why do you have to make me leave? You know I like Choi Yoon oppa!”

Her brother drags her up but she shouts saying that it hurts but he ignores her and goes for the door. However Choi Yoon reaches out and grabs Tae San’s hand and tells him to stop.
He stands up and looks at his friend “Let her go.”
The three men stare at the birthday boy man.

Last episode: Do Jin arrives at where Yi Soo is, but sees her standing next to a car, talking to someone inside. He sees this and gets angry. He steps on the accelerator and crashes into the car.

The four men play snooker and they’re split into two teams. Choi Yoon and Tae San vs Do Ji and Jung Rok. Tae San tells Jung Tok that snooker is a gentleman’s sports so do not get too aggressive or violent. It is an intense game (and a cantonese song is played LOL 始终会行运 by 张国荣, I’ll get lucky someday by Leslie Cheung, in Korean dramas when they play songs from Hong Kong it’s usually something by Leslie Cheung haha) and Tae San’s team wins.
Turns out the person in the car Yi Soo is talking to is Choi Yoon. Do Jin hits his car into Choi Yoon’s and Choi Yoon gets out of his car, swearing. Yi Soo stares at Do Jin and tells Choi Yoon who the culprit is. Do Jin gets out of his car too and sees the angry lawyer. Choi Yoon is shocked and Do Jin is surprised.
Do Jin asks him whose car it is and the female lawyer says it’s hers. Do Jin gives her his name card and tells her to get herself checked at the hospital and he’ll be responsible for everything. Choi Yoon asks his friend why on earth he crashed his car into theirs and he says that if he doesn’t do something, that woman over there was going to get a lift from someone else, gesturing towards Yi Soo.
Choi Yoon exclaims “Do you really - “
and Do Jin cuts him off “Yes I do.”
He then tells Yi Soo to get in his car and he drives off.
She tells Do Jin that she can’t go home right now and he suggests that they should go to the hotel. She scoffs “No drive me to the sauna that is near my house.”
“Oh you like hotter conditions? We could just turn up the heater at the hotel.”
“WHAT?!”
They arrive and get off the car and walks towards the revolving door. Yi Soo looks back and sees the damage of his car and asks him “Don’t you want to give it a check?”
He refuses coolly but after a few strides, he pauses and tells her that he’ll just have a look. He turns around and his mouth opens widely at all the damage.
“Betty~~~”
Yi Soo muffles a laugh behind her hand…
“Oh it’s called Betty….” and she can’t help but laugh out loud this time.
“Yi Soo ssi, let me introduce you to my car. This is Betty, she’s a little weak right now, but she’s a brave girl.”
She stares at him in disbelief.
They go inside the hotel/service apartment room when someone arrives. It is Tae San and Yi Soo quickly hides inside the room. Tae San says that he is going to spend the night there, and Do Jin casually says that he’s going pull an all nighter for work and he doesn’t want to disturb Choi Yoon.
He goes into the room and Yi Soo asks him if she can leave now and Do Jin says that she can say hi to Tae San while she’s at it. He then walks into the bathroom to take a shower. However Tae San knocks on the room door so Yi Soo rushes into the bathroom to hide from him, only to run into a half naked Do Jin.
She covers her mouth to stop herself from screaming and also to hide a look of ‘approval’ of his body. Tae San knocks on the bathroom door and Do Jin leans towards Yi Soo (who has her back against the door) and replies saying that he’s taking a shower. In the process of doing this, his chest is pretty much in her face.
Time freezes as she looks away in embarrassment and he looks down at her with a smirk on his face, until Tae San speaks up saying that he received a text from the others and is going to go drinking with them.
Do Jin tells him that he’ll pass this time and says “You know I love you a lot right.” He says it to Tae San but he looks at Yi Soo while speaking the words.
Yi Soo pushes him away (with her hands on his bare chest) and asks him to lend her 30000 won so she can get home. He takes out his wallet and she sees a photo of her kept next to his ID card. She snatches his wallet from his hand and asks him where he got that.
“I got it from Meari’s graduation album. Do you believe that I really do like you now?”
Later, Do Jin goes out and meets with the others (because Yi Soo left D:). They ask him who he was spending the night with. He doesn’t tell but Choi Yoon arrives and says “How could you have crashed into my car for her?”
“WHO’S THE WOMAN?!”
Do Jin ignores them and changes the topic.
Tae San then suggests for Jung Rok and Choi Yoon to spend their birthdays together, because one’s lunar birthday is really close to the others solar birthday. Jung Rok refuses and asks to spend them separately.
Tae San goes home and sees a drunk Meari lying at the entrance of the house. He wakes her up and scolds her but she just rolls off and mutters something about Choi Yoon.
Yi Soo goes home close to morning and Se Ra comes out asking why she’s home early, because she’s spending the night with Tae San. Yi Soo replies saying that she knew that Tae San wasn’t here so… “How did you know?” Yi Soo awkwardly replies saying that she bumped into him.
Tae San and Do Jin has a meeting in their office about their new client, and how to design and construct the best building for them. Tae San disagrees with Do Jin’s absurd ideas but Do Jin ignores him. However, their secretary interrupts and says that there is a guest here to see Do Jin.
He goes out and sees the woman whom he was with the other day when Yi Soo came over to return the shoes. She is glad that his unrequited love is still unrequited, and is happy for all the women he has ever dated who wasn’t out of love.
Tae San is angry at Do Jin because he found out that he ripped the important contract in front of their client. But Do Jin is not sorry about his actions, and Tae San is annoyed that they lost such a massive deal.
Jung Rok’s wife asks him about this woman called Baek Hye Joo whom he bought stuff from. She questions his relationship with her but he says that she has misunderstood him. Jung Rok tells her to stop making up all these stories about him and his friends. He tells her that Baek Hye Joo is only a poor friend from university who is a single mum after getting divorced from her husband. She sees the wedding ring on his finger and asks him is he bought a new one. But he tells her that he found it back, and places his palm on her face. Her expression changes as she realises, and yells “DON’T TOUCH ME! DON’T COME NEAR ME! OR I’LL FILE FOR DIVORCE!”
Meari is adapting well to her part time job at the cafe. She sees the lawyer who works with Choi Yoon and orders two drinks (one for Choi Yoon). Meari asks her if she can deliver it to him but the lawyer slaps her hand away and turns around. Angry, Meari follows her and asks her why she hit her just then. At the same time, Choi Yoon arrives and asks what’s the matter.
Meari quickly tells him that the lawyer slapped her but the lawyer quickly apologises saying that it was an accident. Choi Yoon believes the lawyer and tells Meari to stop being a brat. She fights to keep her tears back and asks her manager if she could get a 30 minute early mark. He asks her if the customer really hit her, but she just insists on getting an early leave. He allows her and she goes off and calls Yi Soo, asking what happened last night.
Yi Soo tells her that she got home safe and hangs up, as she is on her way to class. But she cannot stop thinking about Do Jin’s bare chest.
Her trouble students make an excuse about feeling sick but he skips school instead. However, after climbing over the walls, Yi Soo stands in front of them with a baseball bat. They frantically climb back over the wall and go back to class.
Articles about Se Ra’s ruined career are all over the internet. Tae San worries about her but she does not pick up her phone. He goes out and runs from place to place, searching for her. He finally finds her and he asks her how she’s feeling from the articles but she asks him back what he means. He realises that she hasn’t seen them yet and he hugs her tightly, and avoids her from finding out.
Choi Yoon asks Do Jin why on earth Yi Soo likes him. But Do jin replies saying that he’s the one who has a crush on her. She hasn’t accepted her yet. He asks him what he’s doing, wasting his time. But Do Jin says that he thinks Meari’s obvious actions in trying to get him to like he is very courageous, and he says that he would like to be brave for once.
Meari goes up to Choi Yoon’s office and says that she wants to charge the lawyer for hitting her. Choi Yoon tells her to stop being immature and asks if she has any evidence. Meari says that she’s a witness. But Choi Yoon refuses to believe her and says that she doesn’t make sense, and because there’s no reason for lawyer Kang to do that. Meari cuts him off by kissing him on the cheek.
“Why did I just do that? Someone young, pretty and rich like me. Does this make sense?”
He grabs her hand and asks why on earth she’s doing all these to him, she’s just a kid, why does she act like this around him?
“Oppa. I’m 24 years old. Why do you still treat me like a little kid? I’m not a child anymore. I’m a woman.”
Colin arrives the entrance of the building of Choi Yoon’s office. He sees Meari storming out and expects her to recognise him but she walks past him and runs into lawyer Kang. And apologises saying that it was all an accident.
Jung Rok visits his wife at work and he co-worker flirts with him. But Jung Rok tells his wife that he’ll wait for him outside. The co-worker comments saying that he’s really good looking. She goes out and tells him to cancel his gym membership but he says that she likes men with a good figure. She argues that other women also likes men with a good body.
He smirks at her comments and holds her close towards him, and says that her waist is still as tiny as ever, and gives her a peck on the lips. But at that moment he receives a text and she insists on him handing his phone over so she can read it. But he accuses her of being unreasonable, and chucks his phone on to the ground, stepping on it. But she quotes the text. Too late.
Jung Rok asks Meari to lie for him to his wife instead of reporting the truth, and in return he will provide info on when Choi Yoon will arrive. She agrees but asks him to not let Choi Yoon to come in the coming few weeks. He asks her why, because he’s on his way now.
Choi Yoon walks in and he takes a look of Meari and says “Not pretty enough. Fire her.”
Jung Rok replies in amusement “Why? She only just started to get prettier.”
Then Colin arrives and Meari walks up to him and greets him. He tells her that she owes him a meal and they chat enthusiastically. Upon seeing the cheerful Meari, Choi Yoon gets bitter.
Jung Rok asks her who Colin is but she tells him that he’s just a friend, and asks for to leave early since they’re on the same boat now. Choi Yoon comments saying that Colin doesn’t look like he would be a ban influence on Meari… but Jung Rok says that it’s the boy who they should worry about as Meari is a miniature version of his wife.
Colin stares at the two men, and takes out his wallet with the photo of them with his mum. He has lunch with Meari and he asks her what he relationship with the two ‘ahjussis’ from the cafe. She tells him that they’re her brother’s friend and he asks her for his name. But she gets angry that he’s questioning about her family before asking even for her name.
Yi Soo is cleaning her room and from the bottom of her bed, she sees the box that contains the gloves she bought for Tae San (from episode 1). She is reminded of her own fault for introducing Se Ra to Tae San.
Yi Soo asks Se Ra if she knew about Tae San coming from a rich family. She replies saying that she never dates men who isn’t wealthy. She continues saying that the clothes the two siblings own is enough to buy a nice car. Yi Soo is shocked by her knowing of Tae San’s background and rushes out, excusing herself to buy some food.
But Do Jin is standing right outside her house with a pair of high heels as a gift for her. She asks if they’re under 10000 won, but he says that they’re even more expensive then the pair before. But, he is paying for it monthly for 14 months, averaging out to be 10000 won per month. She is touched by his actions, and stares at the floor, wondering what she could say.
However, Do Jin sees Tae San creeping up behind her and signals to Do Jin to keep quiet. He reaches up to her and gives her a hug. Do Jin tries to tell him that this is Yi Soo and not Se Ra. But he hugs her tightly and says “You feel different today.” And he reaches forward only to see that she is Yi Soo. At the same time, Se Ra walks out of the house, witnessing the scene.
He says that he mistook her as Se Ra as she’s wearing the jacket he gave her. She stands there, frozen, not knowing how to react to what just happened. Do Jin tries to break the tensed atmosphere and drags Yi Soo away from her house.
Tae San follows Se Ra inside the house. And the heels are left in the middle of her front yard.
Do Jin asks her if she’s okay, and that she should forget about what just happened. She replies saying that she understands that it was all an accident, but she can still feel his warmth, as though he’s still hugging her from behind.
Do Jin says “Ah… I think the problem is more serious than we expected.” And he reaches over and kisses her.
The cherry blossom falls lightly from the trees, surrounding the two in a sea of ROMANTIC THINGOMAJIG.
She stares at him, and he takes off his jacket to wrap around her.
“Now, are you aware of your situation? You have another problem to worry about and solve!”
Se Ra asks Tae San if he really hugged Yi Soo by accident. He is surprised at her question and Se Ra tells him about Yi Soo keeping a pair of gloves and his photo etc… He is shocked at what she says and Se Ra tells him that Yi Soo’s 20 second man is him - Im Tae San. She asks how he feels about her.
Yi Soo walks home and sees the pair of high heels on the floor, and Tae San walks out of the house at the same time.
The four men gather. Choi Yoon and Jung Rok ask why both Do Jin and Tae San are looking so glum. Tae San tells them about him mistaking Yi Soo for Se Ra.

The four men are discussing members of Girls Generation at Jung Rok’s cafe. Do Jin believes Tae Yeon is the best; Tae San likes Yuri; Jung Rok likes Tiffany. Choi Yoon tells them to stop embarrassing themselves, when Jung Rok sees Soo Young outside.
The others follow his gaze and all stare at Soo Young, all entranced by her beauty. Jung Rok says that now her favourite is Soo Young and Tae San is quietly debating with himself whether he should go up to her and ask for an autograph… He turns around and asks Choi Yoon to help him get it when he notices that Choi Yoon isn’t sitting next to him anymore.
They look up and see him talking to Soo Young at the counter already. He rushes back and gets a pen and a notebook for her to sign. He tells her that his favourite member in Girls Generation is her, and proceeds to doing the Hoot dance, “Shoot shoot shoot~~” then “Gee gee gee gee” with the famous kick. The others are all disgusted at his actions… their mouths left hanging.
Se Ra drops Yi Soo’s stuff by accident and when she bends down to pick them up, she sees a photo of Tae San in Yi Soo’s diary. Do Jin comes over and helps her pick up the things. Se Ra asks him why he’s here and he answers that he heard that there are many beautiful women here today. Se Ra shakes her head and bluntly says that he’s here to see Yi Soo.
“Yeah, I didn’t come to see her only. But wherever I look, I only see her.”
From the audience stand, Se Ra sees the interaction between Yi Soo and Tae San. Do Jin doesn’t know what to say and Se Ra suggests that the four of them should have lunch together later. Se Ra tells Yi Soo to sit next to Tae San, as she wants to sit opposite Tae San.
Tae San lightly comments that he doesn’t mind sitting next to a beauty, to which Yi Soo slightly blushes. Se Ra catches Yi Soo staring at Tae San absentmindedly. Do Jin sees also sees that whenever Tae San reaches over to grab a tissue or whenever they have near skin contact, Yi Soo blushes. (COME ON GIRL CAN YOU BE MORE OBVIOUS… SIGH)
Se Ra keeps trying to coax Yi Soo to say who the man she likes is but Yi Soo keeps on avoiding her. She asks her if he plays baseball too? Do Jin cannot bear to see this anymore, and tells her that no, the man does not play baseball.
Se Ra stares at him, and he continues “The man is actually me.” Yi Soo quickly tells them that Do Jin isn’t the man. So Do Jin says “Is it the man whom I found out from ages ago, or is he the one I saw at your house (Se Ra’s friend) a few days ago?”
Yi Soo says that both of them she has liked, and awkwardly says that she’s a playgirl. Tae San doesn’t believe her but Do Jin says that he’s seen both of the men, and so has Se Ra. He also says “It doesn’t matter to me, because neither of the men likes Yi Soo. So you, Seo Yi Soo, can try and like me.” Tae San asks him if he’s confessing to Yi Soo, and he lightly replies saying that he says that to her every single time.
Yi Soo leaves the restaurant and Do Jin follows her. She tells him to stop being so annoying and stop trying making her seem like a woman who sleeps with any men.
“You think I’m being annoying? Don’t you realise that I just saved you? I thought you wanted to keep it a secret, so I helped you cover it up.”
“Yes I do want to keep it a secret but you weren’t helping!?”
“I’m not helping? From the baseball game till just now, whenever Tae San is within your sight you only have eyes for him. Stop doing stuff that makes it obvious to other people.” He goes on to tell her why she doesn’t try and confess to Tae San. Is she afraid of getting hurt?
Se Ra goes home and sees Yi Soo, she tells her that her brain must be in a mess right now. Yi Soo asks her what she means and Se Ra says that Do Jin just confessed to her, why doesn’t she try and accept him even though he deserves someone much better but still, he confessed to you of all people.
Do Jin can’t help but worry about Yi Soo for getting caught because she has a photo of Tae San in her diary. But then he looks at the hamper and reads the card again. The handwriting does not look like Yi Soo’s at all.
He goes to Tae San’s house and sees Choi Yoon there instead. They question each other’s presence. When suddenly Meari appears. She sees Do Jin and asks him aggressively why he’s there, but when she sees Choi Yoon, she changes to her tone “Oppa~ Why are you here?”
Do Jin asks Meari to write a few words and confirms that it is she that wrote the card. He then asks her if Yi Soo has ever talked about him. She says “You two have already been to the hotel… Why don’t you ask each other?”
“Aish… Does she tell people everything? What was her tone like when she told you about it, was she happy? excited? rejoicing? or depressed?”
“Um… I don’t know, something in between?”
She tells him to get out of her room now because she wants to spend some time with Choi Yoon. He tells her he’s not finished yet, and asks her if she wants Choi Yoon’s high school photograph. But she takes out her phone and her wallpaper is exactly that. (OMG HAHA IT’S MASSIVE) He tries to blackmail her by telling her his password to his house (because Choi Yoon now lives with him) and she quickly takes out the graduation album. He tells her that all their passwords to their houses are the same.
He leaves and Choi Yoon goes with him. She tries to make Choi Yoon stay by using all these random excuses but somehow all the things she asks him to do, Tae San can do better anyway… Do Jin chuckles, and tells her to stop using these practical tasks to stop him. He’s a lawyer, so she should use some other excuses.
Se Ra goes out to practice golf in the morning when Yi Soo comes out of her room. Se Ra asks her why Tae San’s number is 3 digits as oppose to the normal double digit. She goes on a long and detailed explanation about it. Se Ra cuts in and says “Wow. Even I’m confused too. Who’s Tae San’s lover? Me or you?” (omg seriously Seo Yi Soo STOP MAKING IT SO OBVIOUS YOU IDIOT)
Se Ra goes to Do Jin’s office and asks him who the man Yi Soo likes is. He just told her to stop screwing up her relationship with Tae San, he knows that man he saw the other day isn’t Yi Soo’s friend. Se Ra leaves angrily and tells him to not tell Yi Soo that she came to talk to him.
Yi Soo is eating lunch at the school cafeteria by herself when another teacher came over and sits with her. She keeps asking all these questions and kinda interrogates Yi Soo and asks about her love life/family and how she has no boyfriend and how she has two sets of clothes for hiking pink and orange and asks if she could borrow it and says thank you before Yi Soo says anything BLAH BLAH BLAHHHHHHHHHHHH.
Yi Soo receives a text from Meari and instantly the other teacher asks her if it’s her boyfriend and how she got one and how come no one ever realises etc. Yi Soo asks her if she still remembers Meari and she replies, oh yes, the girl from the rich family. Yi Soo laughs and says that no, Meari isn’t from a rich family, her parents are just normal business people. The teacher says no, Meari’s family is blah blah blah.
Meari bumps into Jung Rok’s wife, Min Suk, and they go shopping together. She casually mentions her disapproval of her liking Choi Yoon, but she also says that it’s not really her business to butt in. She asks Meari why she wants to get a part time job and the girl replies that she wants to experience normal life.
She notices that people keeps looking at Min Suk and asks why. She says it’s because they all recognise her as a big property owner. Meari asks her how many properties she own to get this much attention. Min Suk tells her that you know the coffee shop at the corner that I’m letting you work at? Up till there. Meari is shocked that she owns all the properties on the whole street.
Do Jin learns that one of his colleagues is hurt during work. So he rushes up to the client who threw the glassware and puts his hand on a glass cup and picks it up. He throws it at the the wall and his client gets scared. He then proceeds to rip the contract in half.
Later, Do Jin bumps into Tae San and tells him that he can help him to go to Se Ra’s house again to get more measurements. Yi Soo opens the door and let him in. Her computer freezes and Do Jin tells her to let him have a look.
He tells her that the computer freezes usually because the person watches too much porn. She sneers and tells him to repeat that. He tells her to go and get him a drink. He fixes her computer and sees her blog appearing as default. He scrolls through it and sees many pictures of her and he gets to photos of her wearing a bikini. He keep staring at them over and over again. He enlarges them and stands up to peer down her cleavage. She asks him what he’s doing and he panics and throws her cup of coffee over the screen. He stutters “I thought coffee was really dark… so it could cover up the screen…”
She tells him to buy her a laptop, and he says “You’re angry because I wrecked your laptop?”
She asks him why she would be angry about him seeing her photos in the bikini when the whole point of the uploading the photos was for him to see. He laughs and tells her that she should stop hiding her body, especially when she has such beautiful collarbones. He leaves her room and she tugs the collar of her shirt down and examines her collar bones in the mirror. Do Jin walks back in and she pulls her shirt up by the collar to cover up her collarbones but instead, the shirt rises up so much that her bare stomach is revealed. He smirks and checks her out. She turns around and tells him to leave. He says “I don’t want to, but I’ll leave anyway. If I stayed any longer I wouldn’t be able to control myself.”
Do Jin walks into a computer store and smiles to himself when he bumps into Jung Rok. He asks him why he’s there, is it because his wife found out that he watches porn and broke his laptop again?
Meari goes to Choi Yoon’s office to surprise her. She asks him to close his eyes for 5 seconds but he refuses. She tells him that she’s not going to touch him, or kiss him. He agrees and closes his eyes. She takes out some fabrics and compares the colour to his skin tone. Choi Yoon leans his face towards her waiting for some contact. Meari giggles and tells him that it’s been over 5 seconds. She tells him that from now on she has a job too.
Meari arrives at Jung Rok’s cafe with Min Suk. She tells her husband that from today Meari will work at his cafe.
Jung Rok complains that Meari is now a walking CCTV for his wife. Choi Yoon feels his frustration and Jung Rok nods, saying that it’s not fair. But Choi Yoon suddenly goes “Aish… I can’t act anymore.” Do Jin agrees that his acting was over the top.
He tells Jung Rok that if he’s innocent, then he won’t need to worry about Meari at all.
“The problem is that I’m not innocent!”
Se Ra asks Tae San if he has another woman hidden in his heart. He laughs and tells her that he will never do anything behind her back. She tells him to come over tonight because Yi Soo is going away on a hiking trip and won’t be home tonight.
However, the trip is cancelled and Yi Soo stays at home. Meari sends a parcel to Yi Soo and tells her to try it on. It turns out to be a party dress and a clutch. She tries them on and at the same moment, Tae San arrives. He apologises and backs out. But Yi Soo tells him to stay and that she has a party to go to anyway…
Tae San brings up Yi Soo during the night and Se Ra gets angry. She tells him if he leaves right now then she’s dumping him. He leaves anyway, telling her to take a rest.
Yi Soo calls Meari and tell her to come out and find her. Meari tells her to get a taxi to her house. Yi Soo arrives and is shocked at how big and grandeur their house looks. A car pulls over and Meari says that it’s Tae San. Tae San asks why she’s there. She tells him that she’s going to the party with Meari and she tells the girl to quickly get ready and come out. Tae San tells her that he forgot something so he’s here to get it.
Meari brings Yi Soo to a club and she awkwardly sits there while all the kids dance and drink. She looks around for Meari but she is no where to be seen. Colin sees her and goes up to her, telling her that they meet again. Yi Soo tells him that she doesn’t have the time to be chatted up.
Turns out, Meari is locked inside a toilet cubicle. Colin hears her shouting for help and he kicks the door down. Meari thanks him and she recognises his headphones as the guy on the plane.
Yi Soo finally remembers Colin and tries to get him to give her his parents’ contact numbers. However, he escapes and tells her that their fate ends here.
Meari doesn’t pick up her phone or reply any of her texts. Penniless, she doesn’t know who to ask for help. She decides to call Do Jin and asks him to pick her up instead of paying for a new laptop. He tells her that he’s busy (But there’s a computer sitting in the backseat).
She tells him that she’s wearing clothes that are not appropriate for walking home but he hangs up and at the same time, her phone runs out of battery.
Choi Yoon offers to give the female lawyer a lift home after dinner. She asks him who Meari is. Choi Yoon replies, with a tender expression on his face.
Do Jin arrives at where Yi Soo is, but sees her standing next to a car, talking to someone inside. He sees this and gets angry. He steps on the accelerator and crashes into the car.

The four men are back in high school, they are caught watching porn at school. (OMG SERIOUSLY THEIR HAIR STYLES OMG SO FUNNY) They are sent to the teacher’s office to be punished. No one wants to shift the blame to one particular person. Jung Rok finally steps up and admits that he was the one who initiated it. Tae San, Do Jin and Choi Yoon then agree that it was him who did it. Jung Rok is shocked by their reaction, he ends up being beaten by the teacher with a cane.
Tae San and Meari goes home and Tae San asks her what she said to Se Ra for her to just leave the restaurant without saying anything. Meari refuses to say anything and the siblings fight.
The man she is meant to see comes and asks Yi Soo who Do Jin is. Do Jin replies saying that he got to the restaurant first and is now getting to know Yi Soo, the man will have to wait till he finishes first. Do Jin drags Yi Soo out of the restaurant and she asks him how on earth is Se Ra going to react to her bailing? Do Jin says that well, you should have been honest from the beginning saying that you have a crush on her boyfriend Tae San.
Do Jin says that he’s not joking around and that he really likes her. Yi Soo quotes something from the interview she read in the magazine the other day. Do Jin thinks that Yi Soo might actually like him a tiny tiny bit too seeing that she remembers such details. She tells him that she’s not going to accept it.
“So? I didn’t ask you to do anything after my confession, did you get permission from Tae San to like him?”
“But I don’t show it okay. No one knows.”
“And then I found out about it.”
“But that’s ‘cause - Whatever, Bye.”
Tae San keeps calling Se Ra, but she never picks up. He is worried and goes out to find her.
Yi Soo goes home and sees Tae San is waiting outside their house. They end up going out to the bar to get a drink. They talk about baseball and he says that he still remembers how pretty he thought she was when they first met. He asks if Do Jin is the guy she fell in love with within 20 seconds. She shakes her head and he asks if he knows him. She says that Do Jin knows of him… but she doesn’t think he knows. He gets up and says that he now realises where Se Ra may be and leaves. Yi Soo is disappointed at such a short meeting and her eyes does not leave Tae San as he leaves. Jung Rok witnesses the whole thing.
Tae San goes to the golf course and indeed, Se Ra is there. He apologises and tells her that from head to toe, every single bit of hers is his. He asks her about her and Meari and she says that it was her who angered Meari, not the other way around. She thinks that it’s not possible for Meari to like her at all.
Do Jin goes down to Jung Rok’s bar and sees a drunk Yi Soo. He brings her to a hotel room and… watches her for 5 hours while she sleeps. She suddenly remembers that she was acting like a crazy retard singing and dancing on the streets. But she pretends that she doesn’t remember it to avoid embarrassment…
He drives her home but she’s too shy to walk out of his car being witnessed by her neighbour going home at this hour… Do Jin tricks her and keeps telling her that people are walking to and fro and keeps her in his car for longer.
Turns out Tae San has been staying with Se Ra in her bed and when he is about to leave, he sees Yi Soo walking in… Finally Yi Soo goes inside her room and Tae San leaves.
During class the next day, Yi Soo keeps stumbling over her sentences as she feels that what she did last night is immoral, and that she is not setting a good example. Dong Hyub tells Yi Soo that he dreams to be her husband. That, or he wants to marry a blue neck. She says that it’s not possible if he doesn’t graduate from university. He scoffs “But I’m good looking.”
Tae San takes out his high school year book and sees that Choi Yoon’s ID photo is gone. He complains about Meari… then he sees that his own photo is also gone!?
Yi Soo and Meari is out shopping and she helps Meari think about what she should do for Choi Yoon’s birthday. Meari takes out the photo of Tae San and gives it to Yi Soo as a present. She laughs at Meari, telling her that she’s not 16 anymore, but she smiles at the ‘young’ Tae San.
Do Jin is having coffee with Choi Yoon. He tricks Choi Yoon into answering what about Meari he thinks is pretty, he replies, her eyes and her nose… wait what? Do Jin chuckles. Choi Yoon is embarrassed by his words.
Se Ra asks Yi Soo why she screwed up the date she set up the other night, and who was the man who dragged her out? Did she stay out late with the man the other night too?
Someone rings there door bell and Yi Soo answers it. It is a delivery and she receives a pair of branded high heels. Se Ra recognises the shoes, saying that they are worth 1.3 million won. Yi Soo is shocked by the price and goes to Do Jin’s place and returns them as they are too expensive.
He says that he is just trying to be generous with the gift he’s giving to his crush, but she says that it feels more like showing off. He takes the shoes and calls “Eun Jin-ah” And woman who looks like she just woke up walks out and Do Jin gives the shoes to her. She asks who Yi Soo is and he replies “Someone I have crush on.” The woman laughs.
Yi Soo gets angry at him for having another woman in his house.
“Ya, why are you so angry?”
“What’s with your attitude? Should you act like this towards the woman you like?”
“But you don’t like me anyway, so do you expect me to look at you with puppy dog eyes 24/7”
“But -“
“Please leave, you’re disrupting us.”
Choi Yoon goes to his ex mother-in-law’s house (which he bought) and asks if he can stay with her for the time being. She shamelessly tells him that she doesn’t want to see him and that she’ll return the house when she dies. She says that her Jung-Ah has been gone for 4 years. (POOR Choi Yoon he has no where to go to D’:)
He proceeds to take everything away, only to find that his room is empty. His ex mother-in-law tells him that his friends (Do Jin, Tae San and Jung Rok) already took his stuff away. He finds them unpacking his stuff into a spare room at Do Jin’s place.
Do Jin says that they need to buy more bowls and chopsticks as there has never been more than 1 person living in his house. At the shopping centre, Do Jin and Choi Yoon joke about Choi Yoon marrying into his family without a penny etc and a sales lady overhears their conversation and is shocked… She then sees Tae San and Jung Rok acting like a ‘couple’ as Tae San gives him a hug, which adds to her horror…
Jung Rok’s wife calls him home and he asks what the occasion is. He sees his wedding ring inside his bowl of rice. He pretends that he didn’t see it and swallows the ring. He chokes and the ring is stuck in is oesophagus. He is then admitted into the hospital. He gets an xray and he sees the ring in his chest “Yeobo~~~ Isn’t it romantic that my wedding ring now lives in my heart.”
The other 3 asks Jung Rok if he has a brain, doesn’t him have any experience? Why does he always get caught for taking his wedding ring off?
They give him some drinks and tells him to ahem… shit the ring out… which he does…
Colin is holding the photo of his mother and the four men. There’s an address on the back, he searches it up on the internet and sees Jung Rok’s cafe as a result.
Meari screws up Se Ra’s plans to enter in the next golf competition. She goes home and asks Tae San who he will save if she and Se Ra are both drowning.
“You can swim very well can’t you? I sent you to swimming school since you were 4 to avoid situations like this.”
“Then are you saying that you will save Se Ra?”
“She’s an athlete! She can finish the 100m sprint in 14 seconds, how can she not know how to swim?”
(LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Yi Soo is in bed, but she cannot sleep. She keeps replaying the scene with Do Jin over and over again.
The next morning, she sees a stranger in her house. Se Ra says that it’s her friend and that there’s nothing between them. Yi Soo tells her to stop being irresponsible and that Tae San may get hurt if he finds out. She says that if neither of them tells him then he won’t know.
At the same moment, she receives a text from Tae San saying that Do Jin is on his way to their house. Do Jin arrives and he sees the man. Se Ra nudges Yi Soo to tell her to introduce each other. Do Jin smirks and he sees through Yi Soo’s lies straight away that he’s not her friend, but Se Ra’s.
He confronts her. She tells him to keep it a secret.
“You seem to have forgotten, but I’m no gentleman.”
“I know. I know I’m stupid here protecting the relationship between the man I like and my best friend. But you’re the one who has a crush on me but then sleeps with other women.”
“You seem to still be angry with me, will you hear me explain?”
“You’re the one who gave me shoes that costed 1.3 million won.”
“What did you expect me to do then? Run after you and ditch the woman in my house? I’m pass that stage where I take action without any consideration.”
Do Jin is back at his office and gives Tae San the measurement of Se Ra and Yi Soo’s kitchen.
He asks Tae San ”You said that last time right, that Yi Soo is a good woman?”
“Yes, she is indeed.”
“Then why did you get together with Hong Se Ra instead and not this good woman?”
“To me, Yi Soo isn’t a woman. She is Meari’s teacher and the just referee.”
He asks Do Jin about the man Yi Soo likes. But Do Jin says that even if he told him, he wouldn’t know who he is.
Jung Rok’s wife, Min Suk, calls up the other three men to meet her at their house. She tells her lawyer to terminate all the contracts she has with all her to-be-ex-husband’s best friends. They hastily whips out letters that they prepared before (just in case this current scenario happens), which say that they now pronounce Jung Rok not their friend and ask for her forgiveness. She is satisfied and says that she’ll believe them one last time.
Meari makes an excuse to see Choi Joon. When they meet, she asks him why he hasn’t complimented her once after she lost weight. He says that he prefers the old Meari. She stares at him with disbelief… “But you always called me a fat piggy before when you used to tutor me!”
He ruffles her hair, smiling to himself at her cuteness. She stares at him one more time and asks him if he actually just ruffled her hair because he likes her. He tells her to get home earlier and walks away. She squeals with happiness at the affectionate skinship.
Yi Soo gives her bag to Se Ra as she is late to the baseball game. She accidentally drops it and sees the photo of Tae San in her diary. She looks at Tae San and suddenly sees that his jersey number is 836, same as the baseball gloves she found in a box under Yi Soo’s bed the other day.
She sees Yi Soo and Tae San smilling at each other and she is jealous and upset. Do Jin sees her change in emotion. He asks her what’s wrong, and she replies “Nothing, nothing at all… It’s just that before I never realised how nicely Tae San and Yi Soo match each other.”
